The reverse sequence may lead to damage of process by inverse rotation of motor etc. The Automatic Phase sequence works on Negative sequence of voltage & actuates the contactor 2nd in case of reverse sequence. The system shuts down both contactors in following conditions- At single phasing, Low or high Input 3 phase voltages and unbalances among phases by more than 40V AC.
